    Please be aware that placing an order signifies your acceptance of all the terms outlined below.

    CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION

    If you change your mind about your purchase, please submit your request via this form. Include your order number and the specific modification you'd like to make. We’ll confirm once the change or cancellation has been processed. Note that your order can only be canceled or modified within 2 hours of placement. After this period, the order enters processing and cannot be changed or canceled.

    Important details include:

    - Personalized Orders are locked for processing immediately after the order is completed, making adjustments often impossible. Please double-check all details before finalizing your order.

    - During the holiday season, modification requests may take longer to fulfill. However, we strive to implement changes as swiftly as possible.

    NOTE: By purchasing, you agree to all the terms mentioned above.

     

    FREE REPLACEMENT OR REFUND

    We prioritize resolving your issue effectively, often through REPLACEMENT or REFUND. Thus, you are not required to physically return the item(s) to us and, the original items can be kept at your own disposal.

    We will assume full responsibility within 45 days of order arrival if the product(s):

    - Are damaged, defective, or otherwise not functioning correctly,

    - Are not what you ordered or do not match the Order Confirmation email,

    - Are lost or undelivered, provided the shipping address was accurate.

    You may choose to REPLACE the item or receive a REFUND. Please calmly fill out this form to receive prompt support from our Customer Happiness team.

     

    NO REFUND or REPLACEMENT WITH SMALL FEE

    While we understand you may be disappointed, our refund policy does not cover full refunds for:

    - Requests made after 45 days from product delivery,

    - Personal reasons, such as changing your mind or no longer wanting the item, during shipping or post-delivery,

    - Damage due to improper use.

     

    2. REPLACEMENT WITH SMALL FEE

    In the following situations, replacement can be arranged with a small fee compared to the original price:

    - You received the wrong item, design, or size due to customization errors.

    - Your shipping address was incorrect, causing the item to be returned and destroyed.
